Conecta HUB is an application developed by Conecta Software that automatically synchronizes different management applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Noray Gestión, Sage Murano and Odoo with the CMS e-commerce platforms PrestaShop and WooCommerce.

Conecta HUB offers a visual interface with which you can not only configure the Tasks but also know at any time what is being synchronized, when was the last time an order was placed or a customer or product information was updated, etc.

Periodic tasks

The Tasks allow you to define the frequency and the previous days that will be taken into account when executing the functions of the connector. It allows you to specify days of the week and times in which to be active, to avoid slowing down the system during critical hours and to take advantage of night or weekend hours for processes that take a lot of time and do not require real time execution.

Transformations

The Transformations execute the logic of Conecta HUB. It allows transforming a data extracted from the management software into equivalent and valid information for Prestashop. Calculations, format changes and conditions can be applied so that Prestashop receives the data in the correct way.

ERP data

Once the connections with the ERP or management software of the company have been configured, Conecta HUB will allow you to visualize the data in the form of a table that can be exported to Excel, so that you can check that the data obtained is correct without having to access the database manager or the management software. This allows you to see the data as it will be seen by the Connector when it is running.

Error logging

It has an incident logging system that indicates whether errors have occurred in synchronizing information and the reason. It allows you to configure an e-mail account to receive notifications of these incidents. The process will not stop if it finds an error, it will only register the incident and will continue with the next row to synchronize, so the rest of the data that are correct will be up to date.

Optimizers

Conecta HUB has many Optimization features that improve Prestashop's online store performance (clear cache, remove storms) or add additional functionality (display only products with image, prevent sales on products with less than X units, apply cumulative discounts, etc.).

Massive updates

The Data Editor allows you to update values in Prestashop tables in a massive way, based on multiple filters. We use DevXpress tools for .NET that allows you to edit tables in a powerful and intuitive way.

Our Connector communicates with the management solution you already use (the one you use for Billing today) and creates and maintains the products, prices, stock, offers, etc. of your Online Store. Control your data in a totally automated way.

Can I connect my management software to my online store?

Yes. Although our connector can synchronize different technologies. Its main use is the connection between management software (ERP) or content managers (CMS) with your online store. We currently have connection for more than 40 ERPand is versatile enough to connect several technologies together.

Where do I make changes to products, in the ERP or online shop?

Wherever you prefer. The connection between the different technologies is bi-directional, so you can choose to make the changes in your ERP and synchronize with your online store, or make the changes in your online store and update the ERP. We recommend that you always make the changes in your ERPand from there synchronize with the other technologies you need.

Can I connect my shop to Woocommerce or Prestashop?

Yes, of course, you can connect both Woocommerce and your online store in PrestaShop and others CMS of ecommerce. You can even choose which products you want to appear on the web and which ones will not be visible to customers on the web.

Can I synchronize product photos?

Yes, we know that assigning photos to each product is a very tedious task, especially if you have a very large stock. That is why, in addition to other functions, our ETL Connector allows you to synchronize the images of the products, both the main one and the rest of the photos in the image gallery.

What can I synchronize with my online store?

You can synchronize: Products, Categories, Attributes and Values, Features, Manufacturers, Suppliers, Labels, Attachments, Pricing, Purchasing and Catalog Rules, Customers, Addresses, Groups, Rates, Invoices, Returns, Vouchers...

Where is the ETL Connector installed?

The implementation of the Connector is carried out on the same server on which you have installed your ERP. It can be on a local computer or even on cloud-based installations.

If I update my online store, do I have to change my Connector?

No, once the Connector is implemented, updates or the incorporation of new stores in different technologies imply changes in the data flow, but you do not need to make a new implementation.

How often is the online shop synchronized with the ERP?

Usually the synchronization of orders and stock is updated every 2 or 3 minutes, and descriptions, texts and images several times a day. This is recommended, but of course, the times can be adjusted to each project and customer.

How long does it take to implement the ETL Connector?

The implementation of the Connector is done in 45 days, and it takes a process in stages that we validate with the clients, with the ERP and with the company's IT department.

How many online stores can I synchronize?

You can connect as many stores as you need. It is common for companies to have diversified products in different stores or to work with different own brands, all connected to the same ERP.

How much does it cost to maintain the ETL Connector?

The first year of implementation, maintenance is free. The following years have an annual cost of 9% of the total project. This is a single payment that covers the whole year.

Can I synchronize different data sources?

Yes. You can have different data sources synchronized with different target sources. For example, you can synchronize your product description from your ERP to your online store, and to incorporate data from tables provided by your supplier or manufacturer, from online catalogues such as IceCat or even to incorporate product sheets in pdf.
